ASiC PRIVACY NOTICE

At Asia Source iCollege, we respect and value your rights as a data subject under the Data Privacy Act. ASiC is committed to protecting the personal data you provide in accordance with the requirements under the DPA and its IRR. In this regard, ASiC implements reasonable and appropriate security measures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data. For more details on our Privacy notice, you may refer to our College Data Privacy Policy available upon request from our Personnel or visit the DPO office.

In the ordinary course of business, any individual within the departments tasked to collect your personal information under ASiC may collect your personal data when you intend to enroll or be part of ASiC community either as a student or an employee, ASiC collects and stores personal data such as your name, address, contact details, gender, marital status, religious affiliation, health, previous employment, education history and other personal information. For those who are already part of our community, we also store your academic standing, grades, disciplinary cases and other matters related to your performance in the college.

By intending to be part of our College, applying for employment or otherwise providing us with your personal data, you are agreeing to the ASiC Data Privacy Policy, and are giving your full consent to Asia Source iCollege, to collect, store and access and/or process within the Philippines, whether manually or electronically, for the period stipulated in ASiC Data privacy Manual or its Department IRR or allowed under the applicable law and regulations, any personal data you provide for the legitimate business purposes in relation to your disclosure, and to such purpose as required by regulating bodies of the government and for ASiC to give you quality service. Unless expressly withdrawn, such content shall be valid and continuing.

ASiC may change its Privacy Notice from time to time by posting the updated version of the ASiC Policy Notice on the different departments of Pasig & Taguig branches tasked to collect your personal data, and providing its personnel with a copy thereof.
